1. I didn’t get the email with my purchased pattern — what should I do?
Please check your Spam/Junk folder first. If it’s not there, contact us at support@CraftoraDigitalLLC.com with your order number, and we’ll resend the files to you.
2. How do I access my patterns after purchase?
After payment clears, you’ll receive an email with a secure download link. You can save the files directly to your device and access them anytime.
3. What if I typed the wrong email address?
If you entered your email incorrectly, contact us immediately. We can update your email address and resend your order confirmation and files.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.
5. Do you ship physical products?
No. We only sell digital PDF patterns. Nothing will be shipped, and there are no shipping fees or customs charges.
6. Can I request a refund if I’m not satisfied?
Yes. If the product is not as described, defective, or you encounter issues accessing your files, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
7. Can I use discount codes?
Yes. Occasionally we offer discount codes, which can be entered during checkout. Please note that multiple discount codes cannot be combined.
8. How secure is my payment?
Your payment is processed through secure, SSL-encrypted gateways. We do not store your card details on our servers.
9. What format are the patterns delivered in?
All patterns are delivered in PDF format. They can be opened and printed from any device with a PDF reader.
